The National Trust Killerton House & Gardens

Elegant 18thC house built for the Acland family with first floor exhibition of costumes one of the best in the South West. The exhibition changes each year. Eighteen acre gardens with an unusual range of trees and shrubs collected by the Victorian plant hunters. Wonderful herbaceous borders. Victorian laundry, ice house, bear hut and chapel.
