Escot Fantasy Gardens, Maze and Woodland
Enjoy the natural historical gardens and fantasy woodland which surround the ancestral home of the Kennaway family. Here in 220 acres of parkland you’ll find an ark-full of animals with paths, trails and vistas, and everywhere beautiful flowers in their seasons, shrubs and magnificent champion trees. See the Birds of Prey, Otters, Red Squirrels and Wild Boar, get lost in our amazing 4,000 Beach-Tree Maze and try your hand at the Escot letterboxing challenge.
The Coach House Restaurant serves coffees (cappuccino, latte etc.), home-cooked lunches; cream teas and mouth-watering home-made cakes and desserts. Visit our Pet & Aquatic Centre where you can find one of the most extensive collections of tropical and pond fish in the West Country plus an excellent range of pets to buy including birds, hamsters, rabbits and guinea pigs and expert advice on how to care for them.
Entrance to the Coach House Restaurant, Pet & Aquatic Centre, Escot Gift Shop and the Seahorse Trust is Free.

Road Directions
Escot is in East Devon, just off the A30, between Exeter and Honiton, at Fairmile. Coming from Exeter, leave at Patteson's Cross Junction for Fairmile and follow our signs.
Public Transport Directions
Nearest railway station is Feniton station. Turn left out of the station and walk down the main road out of the village. After the last house, about 300 yards on the right-hand side there is a gate house and entrance to our back drive. This drive will take you to Escot.
