Southern Cross Guesthouse is a Grade II listed building with traditional cobb walls and thatched roof all rooms are decorated to a high standard and include TV, tea and coffee facilities and hairdryer and with a lovely walled garden.
We are within easy reach of Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton, Bicton Park and Westpoint Exhibition Centre are nearby, and Exeter is only 10 miles away. There are excellent eating places nearby, walking, golf and fishing are all available.

At junction 30 M5 take A3052 to Sidmouth, Village of Newton Poppleford 8 miles along this road. Southern Cross to be found at junction with B3178 for Budleigh Salterton. A303 to Honiton. A375 to Sidmouth. Take right turn at Sidford on A3052. Coast road from Dorchester A35 to Honiton/or Lyme Regis and along A3052.
