A 16thC Devon Longhouse nestling in its own 241 acres, set in a beautiful valley, close to the Cathedral city of Exeter.
The farm house has recently been refurbished to a high standard with modern en-suite shower rooms and comfortable accommodation with separate entrance and stairs. (Non smoking)
A warm welcome awaits you from Janet and Robert Legg and you are invited to sit in the garden and enjoy the tranquil settings and witness the lovely sunsets. Enjoy a hearty wholesome cooked breakfast using locally sourced fresh ingredients as well as our home produced sausages.
The farm now runs a beef herd and calves are ever present around the farm as well as a few horses and ponies. We also have a small lake for fishing. Walkers, cyclists and horse owners are most welcome and we have facilities for secure storage or stables as required and pack lunches are available.
There are several excellent country pubs a short drive away, whilst Exeter city is only 5 miles.
Nearby is the unique Bird of Prey viewing point at Haldon Forest and only a few miles further is the Dartmoor National park and the South Devon Coast.
