Welcome to West Pitt Farm. Our delightful and secluded cottages are full of character and include a Grade II Listed Farmhouse and barn conversions. Cottages are enjoyEngland 3, 4 and 5 star rated, can accommodate a couple, small groups or groups up to 18 people, and are equipped with all you will need for a very comfortable stay. Glorious views across the south facing slope of the Culm Valley and the idyllic garden setting around the farmhouse pond is complete with visiting ducks.
There is an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, games' room, grass tennis court, children's play area, coarse fishing and with 60 acres to explore perfect for countryside walks. Dogs are welcome too. West Pitt's location is perfect for exploring North and South Devon and Dartmoor and Exmoor.
The Farmhouse has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and can sleep up to 9
Lake View Cottage has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and can sleep up to 9
The Farmhouse and Lake View Cottage are adjoining with a connecting door and can be booked as one cottage, accommodating up to 18
Willow Tree has three bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 plus cot. This cottage offers accommodation under the National Accessible Scheme for Mobility Levels M1, M2 and M3A, Hearing Impairment Level 2 and Visual Impairment Level 1.
Stable Lodges can sleep 2 to 4, one bedroom cottages with double or two singles and a sofa bed
The Hayloft has one bedroom with a double bed, perfect for a couple.
