Situated in Exmouth, the oldest seaside resort in Devon, the Royal Beacon has long been established as a premier hotel. An elegant building, it was originally a Georgian Posting House.
The tradition of hospitality, good fare and comfort have continued throughout the years, meeting the highest expectation of our guests. Our location is magnificent, overlooking the beaches, the River Exe and the Devon coastline to Lyme Bay.
Our rooms have all been tastefully redecorated, half of which enjoy spectacular sea views. All rooms are ensuite, have 19" colour TVs, radio, direct dial telephone, tea & coffee facilities, trouser press, hairdryer.
Our restaurant, Fennels, is exceptional. It reflects the elegance and charm of an earlier era. You are invited to choose from our thoughtfully planned menus complimented by fine wines. Service is cheerful, attentive and professional.
Our bar and lounge are cheerful and welcoming. Join us and your fellow guests for what has been referred to as "the best pint pulled in Devon" or your favourite cocktail.
