The Old Farmhouse

The Old Farmhouse is a delightful 16thC thatched farmhouse, dating back to 1569, with an adjoining cottage which once housed the local cider mill. Whilst all modern amenities have been provided, the original appearance and character have been carefully preserved.
Quality is the key to your accommodation. Your hosts, Susan and Robin, welcome you on the basis that the Old Farmhouse is their home and that all of their guests should feel at home. The personal touch is immediately obvious. Each individually designed en suite bedroom has tea/coffee-making facilities, some with colour TV and all are non-smoking.
Food is an important element of a successful holiday. Great lengths are taken to organise menus. With only the best produce from the local areas, and delicious old fashion recipes form the basis of the menu.
The Old Farmhouse is quietly situated in a residential area of Sidmouth only a few minutes walk to both seafront and shops. Awarded 4 AA Stars, Highly Commended.
