Family-run, set in a Grade II Listed Georgian building overlooking a park, within easy walk of the city centre (Exeter Cathedral 10 minutes' walk). Very close to bus and rail stations and Exeter University. Situated in an area noted for its peace and quiet. All rooms tastefully decorated to high standards, including TV, tea/coffee-making facilities and direct-dial telephone. Most rooms en suite. Large guest TV lounge. Breakfast is included, which is taken in a bright, airy dining room opening on to an attractive garden with pond and waterfall feature.
