Opening Easter 2008 excellently located newly converted Farm House, situated off the A373, 5 miles from J28 M5 and just 7 miles from Honiton. The Farm nestles in a small hamlet with outstanding views close to Knowles Wood.

The market town of Honiton is famous for Antiques and Lace, with the gorgeous village of Gittisham close by. Broadhembury with beautiful thatched roofed farms and cottages. There are many eating places within close proximity. The local Keepers Cottage Pub is within walking distance of the farm. We also have easy access to the Cathedral City of Exeter, with all amenities.

There are walks along the wooded glades and open fields for Ramblers, while fishing lakes, golf, National Trust, air gliding and a small light aircraft fields and many more activities are with in reach.

We are a small friendly non smoking three double bed roomed Farm House. All rooms have en-suites, each has spectacular views and facilities which include- fridge, hair dryer, safe, TV with DVD player, radio clock with CD (don't forget to bring own disc) and tea making facilities. The Dining Room has a wonderful view towards the woodlands and serves a Full English Breakfast, Continental and individual day specials, baskets for the early starters. Special diets also catered for, please inform on booking. Local products are used whenever possible.

'Price may vary according to the time of year and length of stay. One room on the ground floor as easy access, another room may be converted to a twin room or take an extra bed.

Bookings will be taken for Easter 2008 onwards from January 2008.

We have a 4 Star AA Gold award.
