A pretty courtyard of cottages in the Blackdown Hills Area Of Outstanding Beauty. Our family run complex offers peace and tranquillity with stunning views yet is only 10 minutes away from the local market town of Honiton with its famous Lace making museum and abundance of Antique shops.

All cottages have log burners in the beamed lounges, fully equipped kitchens and four poster beds in the main bedroom. Enjoy air hockey, pool table, table tennis and darts or relax in the hydrotherapy spa overlooking the Otter Valley.

The bridleways and footpaths on your doorstep make this an ideal walking base, while the lovely beaches of the Jurassic coast, the elegant resort of Sidmouth and the cathedral city of Exeter are within a half hour drive. Exmoor and Dartmoor are easily accessible making it a wonderful location from which to explore the many attractions of Devon, Somerset and Dorset.
