Hembury Court Barns are four luxurious, newly converted stone barns at Upcott Farm, an organic farm owned by Robert and Mandy Persey. The barns are situated just outside the village of Broadhembury.

Broadhembury, which is a picturesque thatched is situated on the edge of the Blackdown Hills and is 5 miles from the A30 at Honiton. A stay at Hembury Court Barns allows visitors to enjoy a multitude of experiences, ranging from relaxing in the hot tub, working out in the fitness suite or looking down over the rolling hills towards Sidmouth. Hembury Court Barns are set in an idyllic location in an unspoilt part of England, which has many varied and beautiful walks to offer.

The cottages all have their individual character, but are all built of stone with brick and thermal walls. They are open plan downstairs with terracotta flooring and oak kitchens and granite worktops and are equipped to an exceedingly high standard with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and microwave. They are all centrally heated and electricity is included in the price. The tastefully decorated sitting area provides TV, video, DVD, freeview and radio/CD player. All the cottages have a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs are provided with comfortable high quality beds and all linen and towels are provided. Each cottage has its own patio garden with outdoor seating, in addition to all this; there is a barbecue area with gas barbecue, sun loungers and picnic table.

Additional facilities include a stunning 750 square metre 'oak cruck' barn providing indoor games in high season of table tennis and table football. This also houses a laundry room, toilet and washbasin. Oak tables and 25 chairs are also available for use, together with a fully equipped kitchen if all houses were to be booked by one family. The room can also be used for conferences out of season.

The fitness suite and hot tub are housed in yet another stunning 'oak cruck' building which also has a large communal sitting room. A visit to Hembury Court Barn is much more than a holiday; it is a truly memorable experience.

The four cottages are; Pockets (sleeps 2), Poppy's (sleeps 4), Smart's House(sleeps 5) and Clew Park (sleeps 6).
