A three-bedroom modern link house (1972) with full gas fired central heating accommodating a maximum of five people.

Refurbished and modernised in 2009, this house is situated in a favoured residential neighbourhood about 1 mile from the city centre. The local shopping centres in Heavitree, Magdalen Road and Livery Dole are within a few hundred yards. Frequent bus services are close by. There is at present some unrestricted street parking. A garage is sometimes available to rent with this property at a small additional cost.

The accommodation with central heating radiators throughout, comprises of an entrance hall, leading to a lounge with leather three-piece suite, occasional furniture, gas fire, colour television, and an under stairs cupboard (containing iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner).

There is a large kitchen diner, with full size electric cooker and ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, central heating unit, ample storage cupboards and a rear back door. The dining area has a large oak dining table and chairs.

There is a staircase to the upper landing leading to an airing cupboard and the three bedrooms. There is a bathroom with bath and electric shower. The first bedroom has a double divan bed, built in wardrobes, freestanding wardrobe, a five drawer co-ordinating chest and twin bedside cabinets. The second bedroom has two single divan beds, built in wardrobes, freestanding 5-drawer chest and central beside cabinet. The third bedroom has a single bed (2ft 6), built in wardrobe and freestanding 5 drawer chest.

Outside, there is a paved area at the front and also an enclosed paved courtyard at the rear, with garden furniture, a retractable clothes line and rear entrance.

The holiday home is well equipped and includes cooking utensils and numerous incidentals, ornaments, pictures etc to create a home from home for the visitor.

All guests are accompanied to their accommodation and introduced to their holiday home and assisted with any local knowledge. Those arriving by rail or coach can often be collected from the station. The owners live nearby and are available at all reasonable times to give assistance or for breakdowns and emergencies.
