LOCATION

Located about mile from the beach, on the outskirts of the traditional East Devon seaside town of Seaton, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Conveniently situated, just off the A3052, about midway between the lovely seaside resorts of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth, and a stone's throw from some of the most glorious walking countryside in England. This is an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful East Devon and West Dorset coast and countryside.

All on one level ground floor. Open plan living room with TV and DVD, dining table and open-plan fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bathroom with shower over bath and w.c. Outside: Private decked area with furniture opening onto communal gardens.
