Chatfield is an attractive Edwardian house with a large garden and ample parking. Our comfortable rooms, either en-suite or with a private bathroom, have colour televisions and tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities. A delicious full English breakfast is served in our elegant dining room, where there are also easy chairs in which to relax.

Chatfield is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful county of Devon with its diverse landscape and stunning coastline. There are local attractions to suit all ages and interests. We are five minutes from junction 30 of the M5 and within easy reach of the cathedral city of Exeter. The historic town of Topsham, the pretty village of Lympstone and the coastal resort of Exmouth are all very close.

There is a lovely walk along the River Exe; it is an ideal location for seeing wildlife. Excellent public transport enables you to reach both the city and coast. There are many eating places and inns nearby.
