Acorns Holiday Apartment

'Acorns' is a self-catering holiday apartment, self contained with a traditional stone-built bungalow adjacent to our old farmhouse. With a spacious and totally level layout offering very comfortable accommodation, the apartment is appointed to a 4 star standard and includes continental style floor tiles throughout with underfloor heating.

There is a large lounge with double sofa bed and kitchen area, and a large double bedroom with storage space. A travel cot is also available on request. There are two wetrooms each with showers, WC and basins. One wetroom is large enough to accommodate a wheelchair and benefits from a mobile shower chair and raised toilet seat. Access throughout the apartment is excellent with wider doors to allow ease of movement and is especially suitable for guests who need help with mobility such as wheelchair users.

The tariff includes fuel, power, bedlinen and towels. Facilities include Freeview TV and DVD player, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. There is courtyard furniture outside and off road parking for two cars.Please note, 'Acorns' is NON-SMOKING accommodation.

We are within easy reach of a range of facilities - walking distance to pub, golf course, driving range, Spar shop and the Grand Western Canal that boasts fishing, walking and cycling opportunities.

Being just 1/2 a mile from Junction 27 of the M5 means easy access to Exmoor, Dartmoor and the beaches of both north and south Devon.
